Disposal: carpet, vinyl, laminate or wood — $75 up to 250 sq ft, $175 up to 500 sq ft, $350 up to 1,000 sq ft, then $350 per additional 1,000 sq ft. Tile — $150 up to 300 sq ft, $450 up to 800 sq ft, then $450 per additional 800 sq ft. Untick disposal if you will get rid of the old flooring yourself.

No — they are estimates before HST. Your final price is confirmed after the free in-home measurement and once you choose your exact floor.
Do you remove old flooring?
Yes. Removal and disposal can be included in your quote.
Do you prepare the subfloor?
Yes. We check flatness, moisture and condition before installing, and include any prep needed in the quote.
Will you install flooring I already bought?
Often yes, depending on the product and site. Tick “Installation only” in the calculator and send us the product details.
How much is delivery?
